This is movement with intention. Inferno Hot Pilates is a precision-based, high-intensity workout done in a hot (100º+) room. The purpose of the heat is not to exhaust you, but to energize you. Think strength training without the impact, core activation without the crunch marathons, and cardio that doesn’t sacrifice form.
Each class blends Pilates principles with interval training to strengthen muscles, improve balance, and boost endurance… all while protecting your joints! As with our yoga, the heat helps increase circulation, supports mobility, and makes the challenge feel just a little more alive.
There’s no performative intensity here. No ego. Just a space to sweat with purpose, breathe deeply, and rebuild strength from the inside out.
